The prerequisites for the industrial cluster forming to provide the competitive ability of the Kirov region economic system

In the modern conditions the conception of the cluster approach is used quite successfully to provide the competitive ability of the region economic system. The industrial clusters allow the region economic potential to be revealed and realized on the basis of its competitive manufactures development. The high scientific-industrial regional potential gives evidence of the possibility to provide independently fulfillment of the whole manufactures producing cycle inside the cluster including scientific research, design documentation development, its polishing on the basis of the test results and mastering manufactures in the production.
     On the basis of the conducted research of the separate industrial complexes a number of economic prerequisites for forming the industrial cluster in Kirov region was allocated.
