In article it is noticed that with a view of realization of the decisions accepted within the limits of working out of programs and strategy of social and economic development, they should concentrate in documents on management of ground resources of corresponding administrative level - schemes of territorial planning, land management schemes, general layouts the interrelation between the given documents Is etc. shown, and also corresponding settlement indicators of information support of documents in sphere of social and economic development and management of ground resources are offered.
