Perfection of directions and the mechanism of stimulation of innovative activity of agrobusiness in Russian regions

Are analyzed a current state of innovative activity in agrarian sphere of economy of Russia, a problem of formation of is standard-legal and economic conditions which would stimulate innovative activity of agro business. The conclusion is drawn on necessity of creation of the state scientific and technical centers and agrotechnoparks for large agricultural areas and maintenance of corresponding conditions from regional authorities.
