During time with 1990 for 2008 the comparative analysis of process of inter-branch migration of manpower in economy of the Ivanovo region, the Central federal district and the Russian Federation is carried out. The basic problems of a supply with information of the analysis of process of inter-branch migration of manpower in economy of region are formulated and ways of their overcoming are offered. The estimation of economic efficiency of the specified processes is made. The economic inefficiency of inter-branch migration of a manpower passing in the Ivanovo region is shown.
