The necessity for creating the system of the regional innovative development in the age of the Russian economy modernization is proven in the article. The authors think that the development of the system involves solving the block of the following problems: creating a control system for the innovative development; building modern technology research and development centers; developing a technological foresight subsystem; financial and economic supporting the subjects of the regional innovative system.
