The summary In article problems of small cities and aspects of influence of presence of the large and average enterprises on level of an economic development of the city and a socially-demographic situation in it are considered. Indicators on which basis it is possible to speak about industrially - developing small cities and cities which can be brought in group are allocated « risk».
