Labour productivity growth as the basis for steady economic growth

The article is devoted to labour productivity increase as one of ways in a series of measures to go out of financial crisis for Russia and to achieve economic growth. The similar approach is the result of the derivation of the analytical dependency where the change on the profitability of the enterprise from labour productivity is shown. The Principal position of the author is that Labor Remuneration of employees directly connected to the release goods or rendering services is proportional to labour productivity growth, and it provides the growth of production efficiency.
