In given article energy sector to Russia is recognized by the most important component part of national economy, firm development and reliable operation which is defining factor of the successful economic development of the country and region. The Organized analysis of the modern condition and problems of the operating the energy sector of the separate region - a Republics Dagestan - has allowed to mark the row of the paramount problems on rational use energy resource, firm ensuring the power supply all sector economy, expansion of the use renewed sources to energy, finally defining onward economic growing in region.
