The issues of corporate culture and its being in line with European standards is of special relevance for entrepreneurs who run their business in Kaliningrad oblast which is surrounded by EU countries. Corporate culture is one of the ways to improve business efficiency. Development of humanist concept takes its shape in its formation and development. Intrinsic elements of corporate culture are its values.
