State innovation policy in the Republic of Tatarstan: prospects and priorities

The formation of industrial and financial, scientific, educational, informational, transportation, social and, of course, the innovation infrastructure is one of the fundamental requirements dictated by the strategy of modernization. The article discusses the prospects and priorities of the state innovation policy in the Republic of Tatarstan. In this regard, the development of innovation system of the republic is at very favorable scenario, in which, even now with a high degree of certainty we can state that these processes are included in the final phase. It is concluded that the transition to innovation economy determines the need to address such problems as strengthening the rule of law, reducing administrative barriers, the establishment of a civilized market of technology, the legal protection of results of intellectual labor, harmonization of legal and regulatory framework.
