In article regional aspects of formation of innovative model of development are considered. It is shown that transition to a new way is possible at additional financing that will allow making economy of regions of the steadiest, and a domestic production competitive. Formation modern lines it is shown on an example of the separate region characterized by good starting conditions for its integration in innovative sphere of the country.
