Article is devoted to the analysis of comparative advantages from introduction of information technology in processes of system of lifequality management. The basic stages of decomposition of system of lifequality management on key components and directions of introduction of information technology corresponding to them are considered. Aspects of introduction of information technology on an example of the internet-portal of administration of the Tambov region are analysed.
