Methodological aspects of the strategic management of socio-economic development of the region

In the current political and economic conditions in the regional Office is to ensure conditions for the concentration of resources available to carefully selected areas, enabling a some RF subjects to maintain their leading position, and for others - to create a prerequisite for economic growth. Each region has to justify the prospects for its development, which is impossible without the use of strategic planning and management. The author considers methodological aspects of strategic management of socio-economic development of the region and identifies its main elements including: strategic planning, program implementation strategies, and strategic control.
