As with any macroeconomic factors, subsidies given by the company from the outside, do not depend on the company itself. As the price factor, subsidies affect the amount of costs of the enterprise for production, and hence on the magnitude of future costs for consumers to purchase products company. Budgetary subsidies to stimulate agricultural production. Today in the Omsk region of milk subsidy scheme does not differentiate support based agricultural production conditions. In this paper, the technique of subsidizing milk, which will take into account the financial condition of agricultural producers, its location, which will encourage owners properties not only increase production but also reduce costs, and as a result - to reduce production costs.
