Social development of rural territories, as one of levers of development of the economical mechanism of managing

In the article directions of development of rural territories of the Nizhni Novgorod region are considered. The method of correlational-regressional the analysis calculates degree of influence of social factors on business factors. The program of development of village for 2012-2017 is developed.
