Article is devoted research of preconditions and restrictions of development of innovative system of Krasnodar region at the present stage of the development, the key problems of development of innovative activity connected with them. The separate attention is given a question of development of an innovative infrastructure in region, to measures and initiatives of the regional authorities in a direction of increase of efficiency of innovative activity.
