Portfolio structure of an estimation and a choice of perspective regional businesses

Appeal and steady innovative economic development of region is predetermined by effective functioning of its managing subjects providing: an inflow of investments to the regional budget; a high occupation level, a high social stability; a high degree of a life quality. The choice of innovatively preferential regional businesses and, as consequence, the revealing of perspective directions of investment resources usage is the actual problem solved by administrative structures of region in the conditions of the increasing competition between regions and globalisation of market mutual relations.
