Important factor that influence the economy of the country, region, branch is investment attractiveness. There is no clear differentiation of concepts that universal describes investment attractiveness of territories in the present time. In the present work various aspects of investment problems in the region and investment attractiveness of Krasnodar region are examined. It is concluded that it is necessary to work out additional measures of raising investment attractiveness of Krasnodar region in the present economic situation. The article is supported by federal program “Scientific and scientific-educational personnel of innovation Russia 2009-2013” (NK-156P).
