The realities of socio-economic policy in our country and developed countries clearly show that one of its key factor is regionalization. Patriotic practice of strategic spatial planning indicates that the strategic activities have been neglected. This is caused mainly by weak scientific challenges of working out a strategic analysis of the conditions of the administrative-territorial formations.
