Formation of the new theoretical paradigm of social and economic development

Global financial and economic crisis became a resultant result of influence of the collected contradictions in national economy development. As a result the problem of formation of a new paradigm of social and economic development has got recently still the big urgency. In the present work intrinsic bases of a new paradigm of social development are formulated, conditions, principles, the mechanism of her working out and realization are presented. The conclusion that successful realization of a new paradigm of a sustainable development will depend in many respects on presence of necessary quantity of the investment resources which rational use demands creation of an effective control system by investment activity is drawn.
