Steady functioning of system of consumer services provides necessity of a reasonable combination of a policy{politics} of effective activity of managing subjects, realizations of potential of branch and introduction of active technologies of management. The conclusion is made, that the concept of perfection of forms and methods of management in sphere of consumer services should include a complex of the measures directed on maintenance of effective and competitive functioning of modern and potential formations.
