Analysis methodology management strategy development of regional socio-economic system

Methodology for managing the implementation of the strategy in our view should be primarily based on the unit forecast. Forecast socio-economic development of the region is a complex scientific problem, which currently can not be attributed to a number of solutions. In our view, the current state of the problem requires the formulation and solution of optimization problems by making decisions based on macro-and meso-economic mathematical models.
