Formation of the system of realisation of scientific and innovative potential through intensive development of small and average high technology business pursues creation of objects of an innovative infrastructure - technoparks, business - incubators on the base of which innovative clasters can be formed. At the technopark structures creations initiation in region a necessary element of work is definition of strategic priorities of its activity, model of its functioning. Thereupon classification of technoparks which allows to define a place and a role of each kind of technoparks in regional innovative clasters is actual.
