Before the Russian economy there is an acute problem of transition to an innovative way of development that will allow to provide its stability and efficiency. In the decision of this problem the important role belongs to high schools which can solve it on the basis of studying and introduction of domestic and foreign experience of development of university innovative infrastructures, with use of mechanisms of business- incubator, integration of knowledge and efforts of experts of a different profile for the purpose of creation of the innovative, competitive goods and services.
