Formation and development of business and trade in Russia took place in difficult circumstances. This predetermined the diversity of entrepreneurs. Their personalities and their cases can be difficult to assess unambiguously. Nevertheless, the business world in Russia, its traditions and distinctive appearance, it is difficult and controversial way of becoming, its specific figures - part of national history.
