Development of ethical system in interests of the Russian business

The urgency of the development problems of an ethical system of Russian business is related to insufficient knowledge of the complex issues of business ethics. Social, cultural and ethical regulation of business activity is subject to the widespread in the West, the entire scientific and academic disciplines: business ethics. In the article made a study of philosophical and ethical behavior part of the modern businessman, took over care of all the ambiguous process of formation of Russian business.
     The researchers conclude that, of course, the entrepreneur is a specific tool, but nevertheless, it must be remembered that his morality is embodied in the awareness of their special social status, their role and place in the economic and administrative relations and in society at whole. The authors improved the necessity of regulation of conduct business in our country, and as a good example is- a sample Code of honor of a Russian businessman, adopted by the Academic Council of RSUTE.
