One of the most actual problems of a modern society - maintenance of increasing population of the world with the foodstuffs, and one of the major problems of the Russian economy - import replacement by the domestic goods and products and market saturation by the qualitative domestic foodstuffs and agricultural raw materials. This problem dares in uneasy social and economic conditions, and, depends, first of all, on development of agrarian manufacture.
