Article is devoted research of possibilities of infrastructural objects use in region for process of resource substitution realization. The regional infrastructure is considered as a mechanism component of resource substitution. The role of an infrastructure of innovations and its financial component in managerial process by regional resource proportions is defined. Various subjects of the regional financial infrastructure of innovations are analyzed.
