Article is devoted system of development of additional vocational training state civil and municipal serving in Russia. The author notices that reform of the state and municipal service, activity of employees in the tideway of perspective and changing problems dictates transition to advancing vocational training of the state civil and municipal employees and formation of competent and perspective managing directors. With a view of increase of efficiency of professional office activity of civil and municipal employees it is required to carry out the next years retraining of a significant amount of workers of bodies state and municipal authority, and also it is essential to increase throughput of existing system of additional vocational training.
