Complex system of measures of the state support of rural family economy of Republic Bashkortostan

In article the mechanism of the state support rural family farm taking into account features of their development in Republic Bashkortostan is offered and proved, which includes recommendations about perfection of system of crediting and insurance of family agriculture which include formation of mortgaging fund, from ground hypothecary system crediting, selection of special insurance programs, including for title insurance; the organization of consultation system. At the heart of the mechanism working out of the project regional program «Family farmstead», assuming working out and perfection the specification of certificates about activity of family agriculture is put; realization of subsidizing mechanisms means; formation of a trust fund of financial support of development project family agriculture on a competitive basis; the organization of sale of production and delivery of industrial resources, etc.
