Maintenance of food security of supply as one of the national priorities of the country

The maintenance of food security and supply of the country is one of priority tasks of the government. The major aspects, the basic criteria and indicators, means of developing the effective mechanisms of food security of supply maintenance are discussed. The conditions of food security in the Russian Federation and the Republic Bashkortostan are analysed.
