Krasnoyarsk Territory is one of the fastest growing regions of the Russian Federation. Status and development of construction industry in the region largely determines the investment attractiveness of the territory. Assessment of current state of construction industry Krasnoyarsk region in comparison with the general situation in the construction industry in Russia has allowed to determine the territorial advantage, which helped to attract capital investments and job growth of economic activity "Construction" in the region.
