The instruments of development of competitive relations in the sphere of airport services (pjsc «khabarovsk airport »)

The special role of the airport as main infrastructural link between airlines and passengers is underlined in this article, PJSC "Khabarovsk airport" is used as an example. On the basis of the analysis of economic activities the author has revealed the basic problems of the regional airport infrastructure, major of which is monopolism in the sphere of ground service. Having considered questions of formation of competitive relations in the sphere of airport service, the author proposed to use of instruments of outsourcing and public-private partnership.
