Formation of economy onto a new innovative way of development and overcoming of a crisis situation defines the new level of factors of company’s competitive ability. In the conditions of fast distribution and copying of innovative industrial technologies, methods, ways and reductions of product life cycles by competitors, key competence, which are unique for each company, get the special importance. It is necessary to understand that the problem of protection of organizational knowledge and new ideas’ copying from competitors consists not only in technical measures of protection by means of software, intellectual property legal protection, but also consists of the ability of reproduction of this unique knowledge, which are not a subject to formalization and copying. It is connected with abilities and skills of each employee of the company in person, and the climate and conditions as well, which means the parameters of the management system, use of high technologies, development specific resources and abilities.
