Ecological problem and way of their decision on regional level (on example of Belgorod region)

Regional environmental safety is main part of worldwide environmental safety. Founding on realized internal policy of Belgorod region in field of nature management and environmental conditions, main ecological regional problems were revealed. In the present work new program of ecological safety is proposed, which intended for coordinated movements of regional environmental department, government agencies and industrial objects for long period. This will make it possible to enlarge ecological and resource-saving motivations for making decisions in social-economic, industrial and town-building questions.
