Typology of factors and conditions, that exert an impact on natural resources development in northern regions of russia

The special role of natural resources in social and economic development of forces to pay a serious attention to factors and conditions that define rates and scales of regional development. The article proposes the substantiation of factors and conditions complex, that exert an impact on natural resources development. Their typology depending on possibility of dynamics, the relation to natural resources, sources of impact, duration of impact and state regulation possibility is devised. References about the account of factors and conditions impact on various kinds of natural resources exploitation, involved in economy are offered.
