The industrial district - is a unique innovation in the field of management, which gives us hope for solving the problem of a Federal importance- the development of small business/ Nowadays the problem of small business in the field of polymers and petrochemical feedstock conversion in Tatarstan is evident. It refers to the difficulty of entering the market outlets, even if it is the Republican market. Also we can mention the absence of information, concerning the appearance of new productions of local converters, which leads to dubbing the manufactures and excessive competitiveness. The absence of a secondary equipment market of the polymers converting, the flow of a secondary polymer feedstock out of the Republic, the waste of the Republican credit resources on unprofitable projects is also the case.
