Economic contents of property relations and their transformation in agrarian and industrial complex: the theory and practice

In the conditions of intensive market transformations of a national economy of Russia, including the agriculture, one of the major factors of growth and efficiency of domestic agrarian production is adequate transformation of a private property institution and system of relations of the property to agrarian and industrial complex. In article the essence of the economic nature of the property is revealed. It has allowed authors to define necessary economic contents of property relations in the conditions of intensively developing market economy. Results of an estimation of a modern condition and tendencies of development of property relations in agrarian and industrial complex of the Udmurt Republic have allowed to define signs and the reasons of inadequacy of relations of the property in agrarian and industrial complex to time requirements, and also to prove necessity and methods of their transformation.
