Features of functioning of the tehniko-vnedrencheskih special economic areas as forms of state-private partnership are in an innovative sphere

In article one of the major directions of a state policy in innovative sphere is considered - and the system of the state-private partnership, one of which forms are special economic zones tehniko-vnedrencheskogo type. Thus a link between the state and the private subjects, allowing to reduce rupture between research works and their introduction in manufacture act and tehniko-vnedrencheskie the special economic zones, which idea of creation has been in many respects connected with necessity of speeding up of rates of development of innovative sphere.
