Infrastructural maintenance of scientific and technical project activity of youth devoted to potential and problematics of krasnoyarsk region development

The article is devoted to the research of process of involving of youth in scientific and technical project activity taking into account modernization and economy formation on an innovative way of development and Strategy of social and economic development of Siberia till 2020. As a result of the analysis, the problem of immunity is staticized economy of innovations and two major factors, influencing susceptibility and realizability of innovations, which are: the innovative environment and innovative culture. Proceeding from the revealed factors, the necessity of the organization of a new structural element for the development of innovative system of the regions is drawn. The Methodical centre of development of scientific and technical creativity of youth and innovative activity in territories of Krasnoyarsk region can be formed as such infrastructural unit.
