In spite of the material effect of local housing market on the country economy there is no full theoretical foundation which promotes disclosure of its building rules, interpretation of its operation mechanism and control methods. The balanced evolution market system promotes the management multifunction property local markets task solutions. The mechanism of generation of balanced evolution of multifunction complexes local market system (MCLM) and one of its main parts - the balanced indexes system are examining in this article.
