Standardization of public services: from optimal structure to upbringing the quality

The essence of optimal structure of public services has been revealed and laid grounds for. There has been presented the experience of the development and introduction of typology in the regions of the Russian federation, structure of public services standards. There has been suggested the author’s variant of the structure of essence of state and municipal services standards.
