Quality of the economic growing region: results of the analysis on example Privolzhskiy federal neighborhood

Using methodology and methods of the analysis quality economic growing, is calculated and built profiles region PFO on four criterions: level of the development of the region and facility RIS, level of the qualitative change innovative growing, level to competitiveness of the region, level and quality to life’s of the population of the region. There was organized analysis of the change parameter quality of the economic growing region PFO for period 1999-2007 g.g. The revealed trends and level separate segment RIS on orientation region PFO toward innovative developments.
