The estimation of the development dynamics of labour potential of the State government (on the example of the Altay territory customs)

The article shows the system of the parameters, allowing to estimate separate components and the state of labour potential of the State government (as the example the customs of Altay territory is taken). The analysis of the dynamics of components development and labour potential has been made for some years with the help of the method of an expert estimation. Some problems and reasons that caused them were found out as well as the suggestions on their solution.
