Unemployment problem in the Chechen Republic and the way of its decision

In given article the author contemplates the key problem standing today before a society and authorities of the Chechen Republic - unemployment. In article proved shown, that the problem of high unemployment in republic is connected not only with world financial crisis, but also has own history. In article results of the anti-recessionary measures accepted in the Chechen Republic last two years for decrease of the highest rate of unemployment are analyzed. The author of article defines two possible algorithms of the decision of a problem of chronic unemployment in republic. The first algorithm consists of traditional measures of actions of federal and republican authorities at the decision of a key problem of the Chechen Republic - chronic unemployment. The second algorithm - author's, consists of the measures dictated by features of a social and economic situation, developed directly in the Chechen Republic.
