Features of educational capital and health capital influence on the economic grouth in regions with the different domestic specialisation

This article represents researches of educational and health capital peculiarities on economic growth in regions with different economic specialization and different levels of economic development. The statistical quantitative rating of educational and health capital influence on economic growth is conducted. Priority growth factors for regions with high level of extractive production, with high level of manufacturing production, for regions with low level of extractive and manufacturing production and also for Russian economics in tote are revealed.
