Given article is devoted a formation and development problem innovation economy in Russia. Necessity of transition of economy of Russia on an innovative way of development is a recognized point of view among intellectual and imperious elite. The prospect to be a raw appendage of economic is not so impressing. For now oil and gas remain the key articles of the Russian export providing the basic inflow of currency in the country and taxes in the budget.
