Effective functioning of the enterprise of agricultural complex in now day conditions needs adequate mechanism of conducting business which will be based on the market principles of managing and which will provide competitive advantages. Because of this today more and more attention is paid to the questions of providing competitiveness of separate subjects of managing and of agricultural-productive field on the regional and national levels. At this very work the bases of agricultural-productive complex is represented as many factor and complex phenomenon and on this very base the method of estimation of the level of competitiveness of agricultural-productive complex of the region is offered.
