Modelling representation and development of a paradigm «man-guided economy»

The housing problem closely connected to a problem of attraction of investment resources in construction of accessible and comfortable habitation at a regional level recently has got in even big urgency. In given article on the basis of generalization of experience of realization of principles of socially focused economy in a number of the countries the conclusion that (strengthening of state regulation of investment activity now is expedient by formation of state-private institutes in a regional investment and building complex is made. In work modelling representation of the man-guided economy basing state regulation of programs of construction of accessible habitation is offered, and also main principles of its development are given.
