In article necessity of activization of state regulation of public health services in the conditions of a modern economic crisis is proved. Quality and volume of financing of programs of the state guarantees and the national project in public health services sphere in the Russian Federation are investigated. The separate attention is given the analysis of indicators of realisation of territorial programs of the state guarantees on rendering to citizens of free medical aid in Central Black Earth area in a cut of areas making it.
